The Class Slides Video provides a comprehensive walkthrough of the structured workflow for integrating AI into your business research process. This session focuses on transitioning from initial business assumptions to clear, actionable research questions that can be tackled using AI tools. By following these slides, you will learn how to responsibly use AI to test your business model and refine your financial thinking, ensuring that technology supports—rather than replaces—your own human judgment and critical decision-making.
I walk you through how we take what we built in our Lean Model Canvas and use AI to turn assumptions into specific research questions and test plans. I used Gemini to analyze critical assumptions like student price sensitivity, menu comfort versus experimentation, and whether we can serve a complex fusion dish in under 4 minutes for a 15 minute window. I then showed how to run tests like QR voting, track clicks, and simulate service time, plus how to use Deep Research or Team Research for multi step web research. I also reminded you to double check AI work, and I noted that we can start a no cost small business advisory through our eCenter.
